No two people’s struggles look the same. Our therapists meet you where you are — whether
you’re a child navigating school stress, a teen dealing with anxiety, an adult in a life transition, or
a family working through conflict.

Learn evidence-based coping tools to quiet the noise, reduce overwhelm, and build daily resilience that actually sticks.

Work through the weight of depression with a therapist who listens without judgment and helps you reconnect with what matters.

From school stress to behavioral challenges, we help young people develop emotional skills and healthy relationships from early on.

Strengthen communication, set healthier boundaries, and rebuild connection — whether it’s between partners, parents, or siblings.

Moving, changing careers, becoming a parent, grieving a loss — major changes deserve real support. We help you adapt with confidence.

When work takes over your life, therapy helps you reclaim balance, navigate difficult dynamics, and rebuild a sense of purpose.
Not sure which applies to you? All of the above? That’s okay — reach out and we’ll help figure it
out together.
Therapy only works when you feel safe enough to be honest. That’s why everything at Steps
and Stages is built around trust first — not a checklist of techniques.
Our team of licensed therapists brings decades of combined experience working with children,
adolescents, adults, and families. We don’t do one-size-fits-all. We listen, adapt, and walk
alongside you — one step at a time.
No commute — attend from home, work, or anywhere private
Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
Licensed, supervised, and continuously trained therapists
Culturally sensitive and identity-affirming care

Kids face real pressures — even when adults can’t always see them. From separation anxiety
to school difficulties to big emotional outbursts, our therapists work with children in age
appropriate, play-informed ways that build emotional vocabulary and healthy coping habits
early.
Adolescence is one of the most emotionally intense periods of life. Peer pressure, social media,
academic stress, and identity questions can feel impossible. Our therapists connect with teens
as real people — not problems to fix — and create a space where they can actually open up.
Whether you’re managing anxiety, recovering from burnout, navigating a breakup, or just feeling
stuck — adult therapy at Steps and Stages is collaborative, practical, and judgment-free. We
help you build insight and move forward.
Family therapy helps the whole unit understand each other better. We support families dealing
with communication breakdowns, parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, and
behavioral concerns — strengthening the relationships that matter most.
Our therapists are licensed professionals who bring warmth, clinical expertise, and a genuine
desire to help. Each one is supervised, trained in evidence-based methods, and committed to
your growth.
