Occasionally there is a patient who has insurance that is not in-network. For those patients the current out-of-pocket rate is $210 for a standard 45-minute session. A sliding scale is available based on need.
Steps and Stages accepts FSA and HSA accounts, credit cards and cash for services.

Stages proudly accepts most health insurance plans. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session? Is there a Co-pay?
